Positive: Comfortable rooms and friendly staff! A large variety of brioches at breakfast - yummy! The closeby parking was definitely a plus.

Negative: The breakfast was extensive and very cheap. It was however very sugary (several varieties of yoghurt but all with added sugar, several varieties of fruit juice but most of them with added sugar).
